Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

1. The item you received is not the one you ordered.
2. The product you received is damaged.
3. The item has not been shipped, and 30 days have passed since the order was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. The item must not have been tampered with at any point.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent via tracked delivery to our office.
