SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
We produce all your orders within 1 to 2 days.
Once produced, it must be shipped. Our standard shipping services have the following transit days depending on the destination:
For mainland Spain you should allow 2-7 days.
International 3-7 days.
These are approximate. They may depend on the time of year.
All shipments have tracking information, which we automatically share with you.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will only accept a return under these circumstances:
1. The item you received is not what you ordered, it will be exchanged or refund the difference.
2. The product you received is damaged and there are photos from the moment of opening.
3. The item has not been shipped and 14 days have passed since the order was placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without our authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that returns must be sent via tracked delivery to our warehouse.

We don't work with dropshipping or generic products: we manage the entire process from start to finish to ensure a flawless result.
Each order is carefully prepared in Barcelona and delivered ready to hang.

The choice is yours. You can purchase the poster with or without a frame, selecting your preferred option from the drop-down menu for each product.

Once submitted, you can choose between two types of shipping:
Premium Shipping: Delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

Don't worry! Although in 0.01% of cases, one of the frames may arrive damaged (due to shipping), we'll fix it right away. Just send us a photo to roger@rbposter.com and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
